Addicted To Stamps And More #263...

Hi! The current ATSM challenge is up and this week's theme is

I am in the middle of finishing my cards for Diwali. So this is a great theme for me. I have made several cards for Diwali already. This design is one of my favorites

I used the same method to create multiple panels. I started with a large piece of watercolor paper. I dropped 2 different shades of Camlin Photo inks on my craft sheet, sprayed some water and dragged my paper through it. Once it was a bit dry and splattered some water droplets and dabbed them away for a distressed look. Once the panel was completely dry I stamped the medallions from the Dazzlers stamp set by Penny Black and Stitches stamp set by Bo Bunny randomly with Versamark and heat embossed with silver, gold, copper and platinum EPs. I die cut the paper into rectangles with the DCAM Stitched Rectangles die.

Rest of the card was easy. I simply matted the panel with black and mounted it on kraft card base. The sentiment is from the an old Diwali stamp set by Mudra Craft Stamps that I really love.

I hope you like my cards and are inspired to create something beautiful. Please do check out the fabulous inspiration by my fellow DT at the ATSM blog here. And don't forget to link up your holiday creations. We love to see you in our gallery!

Love,
Nandini
