Hi! A new challenge is up on the Addicted To Stamps And More blog. This week is a beautiful photo inspiration.
I was inspired by the colours of the photo and here is my inspiration card.
I made a card with the leftover part of the background that I made with the Triangle Turnabout stamp by Concord & 9th.
The card is pretty simple and came together quickly. I trimmed the stamped background and rounded the corners. I popped it up with some foam tape and adhered it to a grey card base. The sentiment is from Neat & Tangled which I stamped and die cut. I added two layers of vellum under it to make it stand out more. Here is a close-up.
I hope you liked my card and are inspired to create something beautiful. You can enter the challenge here. Also, don't forget to check out more amazing inspiration by my teamies.

ReplyDeleteLove the coloured panel against the grey. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous, Nandini ! Love how you used your leftover panel and the colours of the picture to make this gorgeous card. Those lovely colours look beautiful over the grey card and the Vellum highlights amazingly the die cut sentiment. Wonderful ! Thanks for inspiring. x
ReplyDeleteSuch gorgeous take on our inspirational photo, Nandini. Love the colored background you chose for the awesome sentiment.
ReplyDeleteI think you achieved exactly what you aimed for using double layers of vellum, I’ve never thought of that. Your card is clean, and the graphic pattern along with your colors make it feel contemporary and fun. Cool design!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining our challenge at Inkspirational.
Hi Nandini! I love the colors and that you used a scrap from a previous creation to make another. That piece of vellum under the sentiment really works great with it. Thanks so much for joining my 'One Word' blog challenge and good luck :)
