Altenew Build-A-Flower: Belladonna Lily Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($200 in total prizes

Brighten a loved one's day with stunning Belladonna Lilies. These gorgeous summer bloomers produce multiple fragrant flowers on each impressive stalk. In this stamp set, we have brought this exotic plant to paper through a delicately drawn outline image. The flowers have four coloring layers, and the stem has two coloring layers that will add depth and character to this beautiful flower. The Build-A-Flower: Belladonna Lilies special edition stamp and die set is only sold as a bundle. It includes one 6" x 8" clear photopolymer stamp set (20 individual stamp images) and one coordinating die set (1 die).

I really love these delicate blooms. Here is the card I created using the set.

I created the background using some stencils that I made by cutting out nesting ovals out of sheets of acetate. I used Fresh Lemon, Sunkissed, Snapdragon, Firebrick, Ruby Red and Violet inks to create the concentric ovals. 

I stamped the outline images on black card stock three times and heat embossed with metallic gold embossing powder. I then die-cut the images using the coordinating dies. After arranging the die-cuts on the base, I glued it down with liquid glue. The sentiment is also from the same set. I popped it up with foam tape.

To finish, I added some gold sequins from my stash.
